Negative review Crashing app by anonym
The app crashed several times in the middle of my workout. It doesn't send notification to my smart watch for the error. It's very disappointing. I do use a power saving mode on my phone but the app is protected. 2/5
Positive review Useful by anonym
This app is useful even without the paid subscription. There are ads once in a while. Generally it works well. I don't think I burn hundreds of thousands of calories like it claims, but maybe I'm interpreting it wrong. 5/5
Positive review Great app by anonym
Works well as long as you have signal, very accurate map to track your route, my only problem is it doesn't stop timing when I hit my set goal so my time appears longer than unless I manually press stop x 5/5
Positive review Get encouragement from this app by anonym
Not talking about audio feedback - just the fact that I can see how far I've gone helps take the drudgery out of my daily walks and makes me want to push myself for longer distances and durations. 5/5
Negative review Heart rate monitoring is broken by anonym
It drops monitoring heart rate 5 mins into the ride, only to pick it up after an hour.. Nexus 6, marshmallow, Bluetooth permissions are ok, re-paired the heart rate monitor (mio), no good.. 1/5
Positive review Great for cardio based workouts by anonym
Exceptional app for cardio based work outs. I have not tried biking but I run and hike frequently. Hiking can be spotty due to service but that is not the fault of the app. Tracks everything you would want to know about your run. I have not tried the premium features. 5/5
Neutral review Not as good as it used to be. by anonym
Used to be great. Went downhill after they screwed over everyone who paid for the pro version by scrapping it and removing it from the store to prevent refunds and started charging per month instead. 3/5
Neutral review Does what you need by anonym
Lost points when they asked for more money. Lots of good free ones out there that do the same. I paid for pro years ago and now get the same as everyone else. Bit gutted! 3/5
Negative review Has recently become extremely unreliable. by anonym
I have used this app for a while now but lately it has become very inaccurate. Before I delete the app, I would like to email someone a picture of my summary to give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. Please let me know how to contact you via email....or you can review data on instagram @msb1908 1/5
Positive review Can't tag friends anymore by anonym
It used to work. Tagging my girlfriend worked every time. Tagging other people didn't work for some reason. Yesterday trying to tag my girlfriend failed too. She tried to tag me but that didn't work either. I don't know what happened but the social side seems to be completely broken. 4/5
Positive review Variety of workout types and information. by anonym
I love this workout app. It gives you the option to select different types of workout. It has running, cycling, hiking, yoga, weight-lifting, skateboarding, skiing, aerobics, and so much more. You can select what you want to know during tour workout, like time of workout, distance, speed, altitude. At the end it provide you with a graph of these things, calories burned, and a map of your path. It's great. If you connect with friends, you can see their workouts. It's fun to challenge & encourage each other. 5/5
Positive review You e Is at Mach Soeed by anonym
Everything is great, except when I get the audio updates from the coach, she talks so fast I can hardly understand her. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and look through all the settings, without any satisfaction. Please help. 4/5
Positive review Pebble and some. by anonym
Delays with pebble to app. When hitting start or stop there is a delay. Add more functionality to pebble; toggle through what's being tracked instead of having to open phone and switch what is permanently displayed on the watch. Could use better algarithroms for training coaches..ex i want to speed up my 5k but the app makes me go through walking sessions, i feel I'm past the walking stage would be more suited for some sprint sessions. Been a happy user for years not crazy about how long updates take. 4/5
Positive review Try it, you might like it! by anonym
I used this ap previously. It stopped working so I just did my walking without it. I learned GPS was off and once it was back on, the issue was resolved. I like to know the distance walked and the amount of time it takes. 4/5
Positive review Great by anonym
Fantastic app, very user friendly, never crashed on me yet. I don't use fitness bands so can't say how well they work but I have synced it with My Fitness Pal to track calories and not had any issues there apart from a bit of lag sometimes updating MFP after completing a workout in Endomondo. 5/5
Positive review Issues with audio in the latest update by anonym
Good app but with the latest update I cannot use it without headphones as the voice level is too low. Tested on Galaxy S7 and S5. Audio coach voice is more like a wisper and it is impossible to hear while running outdoor. P.S. The bug has been fixed in the last update. 5/5
Neutral review Needs some improvement by anonym
You can add features like auto pose while running, walking, cycling if the phone does not detect change in location.. As an example while running I stopped to tie my shoe laces.. It can pause automatically and later start automatically once I start running.. Also general exercise or floor exercise can be added in this 3/5
Positive review It tracks your fitness... But has some bugs. by anonym
Nice set up, can't really fault it. Some issues with how it deals with GPS drop outs. E.g. Lap pace is calculated wrong if gps drop out lasts over the end of the lap. 4/5
Negative review Bad move by anonym
I don't understand why you removed widgets. I cancelled my subscription. I would consider subscribe again if you bring back widgets and peer benchmark. For now this is my goodbye. Update on 20th July 16. Nothing was done toward improving customer service. I uninstall the app today. Bye 1/5
Positive review by anonym
I have taken out a years premium subscription and thought that was it for what is otherwise a great tracking app., but at the moment I am being driven up the wall and pestered for a review. I never review anything as I suffer from "review fatigue". I have only posted this to get the nag screen off my phone. One star lost for that guys. I do love the app. but the love becomes a like due to the review nag nag nag. Latest: Since version 16.6.2 above have stopped, great as it was driving me nuts. It's 5 stars then for my fellow Danes. Yippee. 5/5
Positive review Europe Does it Better... by anonym
Okay, just mostly kidding. Endomondo is a really great app however, out of all of the choices out there. I haven't meticulously used every other one, but the partnership with Under Armour is a great addition. I've never had any issues except for interference from other apps' software. The desktop options are stellar, too! 5/5
Positive review by anonym
Delivers! This is a five star app! I rated this a few days ago but some how possibly by an entry error, it only showed one star,. Actually I've been using the Endomondo app for the past five years on every single walk with my music playing at the background. It shows all the important data related to your workout, and saves it all, including the map and route, and the music you have listened too. These features may seem as "norm" but the beauty of it can be seen for example as when I look into the history of my walking and know exactly what was my musical taste at any time in the past by looking at the music that I was listening too ... -- Enjoy your walks or your preferred workout with this !!! 5/5
Positive review Best app I've found by anonym
I like this app. It's does a great job of tracking my running and workout. However, when I'm not running it, it keeps tracking info on the phone and bugging me during the day but so do the rest of them. I'd pay a few bucks for a standalone app that shut off when I stop the workout and exit. 4/5
Neutral review by anonym
Recently I've been getting a notification at the end of each workout that says that my GPS has stopped working for more than 5 minutes. I don't get an audio notification during my workout and I am not missing any data when I look at my routes. All my settings (GPS: High Accuracy, Power Saving off, Battery Optimization: Off) are as they are described for the Samsung settings. Please advise. 3/5
Positive review Great except... by anonym
It doesn't work with my Up3 account. Up has a list of apps it can sync with and this isn't on it. I switched to another app so my runs would be counted automatically, but the other app sucked too much. So, I switched back to this and have to enter my workouts manually in my Up account, which stinks but doesn't suck. Get this working with Up and it'll get 5 stars. 4/5
Positive review Updated review by anonym
Latest versions on my LGV10 work very well with one caveat. I had to I install a GPS monitor that "helps" apps that use GPS. The device sometimes fails to provide reliable GPS access. Endomondo needs it, thus the 2nd party app. With it, I can ride 30+ miles no problem. Without it, GPS lock can sometimes fail leading to no workout tracking, which sort of defeats the purpose. 5/5
Positive review Best running app/easy to use by anonym
I've had this app for a couple years now and its been great. Its so easy to use, love the fact that it links up with my google music app. I set it so it tells me when I reach a certain mileage to keep me on track with my goal time. Definitely recommend! 5/5
Positive review Great app! by anonym
I got a low powered Android phone a few years ago and had trouble installing other workout software but not so for Endomondo! Glad it worked because it has been great from day one. I use it mostly for biking and skinning uphill in the winter, works well for both. 5/5
Positive review Good app by anonym
Overall a very good app. Some features don't always work on my Samsung Galaxy such as the countdown feature at the beginning of a workout. I wish there were more voice options and more encouraging words along the way but I love how many activities it includes , its accuracy , and its record-keeping ability with the ability to map and take notes on your work out. 4/5
Positive review Well designed but should be free by anonym
Lacks features. Would be nice if workouts can be downloaded to phone as GPX file. Also display stats without having to pay, I tried premium for a year and it's not that great. Can't comment on the tracking ability because I use a Garmin, Endomondo is just more social. 4/5
Positive review Great app, great integration with HR band and FitBit. by anonym
Have been using this for quite a few years, fantastic. I do a lot of cycling and walking, captures all the details. Integrates well with my Bluetooth chest heart monitor. Got a FitBit Charge HR a few months ago and my FitBit stats are uploaded to Endomono perfectly. Just back from my weekly cycle race against myself. Can't fault this app. 5/5
Positive review Music option by anonym
Used it for a few years its great. However when I play music via the app it does not let me pass the song when I lock my phone or when I return to main workout screen. Also it would be great to see the work out info live when my phone is locked while I'm going running. Don't know if that's possible? Thanks 4/5
Positive review This new prompt to always answer whether the experience was good needs to go or I do by anonym
The app itself is great but forcing me to always answer questions on every workout is seriously making me consider finding something else. *Edit* and the issue has been fixed so regardless og whether this was marketing gone overboard or someone misplacing an = in the code all is good again. 4/5
Positive review Awesome app! by anonym
I love using this app as it gives me a whole load of useful information about my runs and cycles. I am primarily a rock climber so its obviously not great at recording that. One improvement I would really like to see is the widget functionality- add a most frequent workout selection and a start/ stop button. It would be a massive time saver for those who want to track those quick bike rides with little hassle 5/5
Neutral review Best app if do varied workouts by anonym
Of many workout apps I've downloaded, best at tracking all types in one place. Lacks route sharing of some biking/running apps, but does everything else well, even without a subscription. 7/24/16 update: suddenly my 2-minute interval audio updates stopped working - total silence now after "go." Had to downgrade my original 5 star review. 3/5
Positive review Very useful by anonym
Edomondo works very well, I use it almost daily for running/cycling. I like how quickly it is to setup and use. It also allows a large number of settings to be customized which makes it quite flexible. I think overall it's the best fitness app on the market. My only complaint, I wish they gave customers that (originally) purchased the PRO app a few months to try the new premium before moving everyone to the free one. I would have liked to try it out and it would have been a nice perk for existing customers. 4/5
Positive review Great but missing a feature by anonym
I love endomondo. I don't think the distance and calories burned are all that accurate but close enough. It's missing one important feature. When you workout inside such and run they have no lap tracker. Since GPS won't work they need something that will allow you to tap a button every time you have done a lap. It would need to allow input distance per lap (ie: how many laps for a mile). That's huge for people who live somwhere with extreme weather. It also needs more integration with other apps/services. 4/5
Positive review Great App by anonym
I have been using the free version for about 3 years. Mostly for cycling (phone is too bulky to lug along on a run). It is really great to see what other people in my neighbourhood are achieving on the same routes. Advertising on free version is not too intrusive and it provides me with more than enough info/data. One of the best fitness apps around as far as I am concerned. 5/5
Positive review downgraded pro user ( read update) by anonym
Heart rate keeps dropping put on the "new" downgrade version, usually have to pause and restart the workout to kickstart it into life. Luckily I still have the original and paid for pro version installed which I've been impressed with for years, it still works perfectly with heart rate. Please fix the bugs and keep your loyal customers happy... UPDATE: my favourite app is back!!! Thank you endomondo for getting it done? 5/5
Positive review Not too shabby by anonym
This app works great for me. I wish more people used it. For stars due to some features not working in the free version compared to when the totally free version worked all features. Can hardly fault them for it. GPS as good your phone is. Don't expect miracles on a crappy phone. I know from experience and having upgraded phones three times while using this app. All Samsung Galaxy phones, 3, 6, and 7. 4/5
