When I open links from other apps (such as emails), the previous tabs tend to open too; somehow, upon exit (using back button), it retains previously loaded tabs; Should ideally close after back button is triggered. 2/5

Was an awesome browser, but now just OK. I like the speed, gestures, and some other features. My favorite feature, the full-screen mode with option to hide the status bar, no longer works right. The current implementation behaves inconsistently, so it's REALLY ANNOYING. I've used Maxthon and its predecessors for 10 years or so (including desktop), and I'm now thinking about going back to Chrome or Dolphin. 2/5

It's incredibly fast but i can't seem to log in to some websites which required to use personal id using this browser. 4/5

Kudos to the developers. So many features and still working like a charm. If any browser can handle irctc website then its one hell of a browser. Even firefox crashed for that site. Note: Those who feel the browser to be slow remove auto sync and disable other unnecesaary settings which consume unnecessary data. Improvement needed in night mode functionality. Brightness should dim instead of increasing for the night mode 5/5

Amazing browser. Fast and scriptwise lightyears ahead of chrome. But i cannot work with vertain video sites like mail.ru . While chrome is playing the same video maxthon gives me a 404. 5/5

But maxthon feels the need to change my front page's bookmarks with useless pages that I didn't ask for and have never visited. Uninstalling. 3/5

This is m.y default browser on phone and table. Hands down, this is the best tab browser I've used on a touch screen device. With on screen gester support, closing or moving through the different tabs is a snap. I'd give it 5 stars, but every so often it does crash. EDIT: it has not crashed in months. 5 stars now. 5/5

Worked well to start off but has started to crash randomly on my galaxy note 2. Also doesn't support photo uploads. Please fix the can re-rate. 2/5

Overall it's a good browser, with many of the same great features from the desktop version (user agent, private mode, and night mode), but the one thing really lacking is the sync capabilities. The only thing that syncs is your tabs. It would be way more useful if it also synced passwords, speed dial buttons, and feeds. For that matter, there is no way to even manually add an RSS feed, you can only choose from the prepopulated list. However, you can grab files easily that you've synced in your Maxthon cloud, which is nice. 3/5

I really like having the tabs bar instead of a separate page & the setting to keep the toolbar, tabs & address bar persistent rather than auto hide is great. Keep up the good work! 5/5

It's good again. Used this as a great main browser until ver.4.0.4.1000 which killed it with endless failed page loading, slow speeds, bugs. Drove me crazy so uninstalled it. Forgot it existed and used Dolphin HD. Figured I'd give this another shot and it's behaving properly again. Looks like this'll be my new main browser again (until some update breaks it.) One thing needed: 'save linked item', e.g. an mp3 with a graphic linking directly to it. Want to save the mp3 not the image. 5/5

Used to be quite good, but had a simple query recently regarding text being pushed down below adverts, but no response, because of this changed to Dolphin Browser, which aligns everything perfectly. 2/5

If you own a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 or S3, forget using this app. It will infuriate and frustrate the crap out of you. Don't even consider trying it if you have one of these devices. Especially if you use Facebook and Gmail a lot. 1/5

Excellent. This is now my default browser. I used to use the awful Facebook app and hated it. I decided to access fb via Maxthon browser and have now deleted the fb app! Heaps faster scrolling and lightning speed download times. Really fast on the net in general. Best browser ever.... 5/5

Why didn't I learn after the last update? ALL of my saved bookmarks on my phone's home screen doesn't show anything but the browser name now, so once again I have to click on all of them to find a recipe I had saved. Sent a msg but they asked for too much info from me and I don't want to give them that much. Ugh, I'll now be not updating the app or maybe find a new browser to use 2/5

I like Maxthon, it works very well. Some of the few things that make me keep it installed are its quick access, speed, user-friendliness and I like its cloud push function. I have never experienced any problems with Maxthon web browser. And yeah, you can set a home page unlike chrome where setting a home page is a mission.I'm giving it 4stars to give the developers a room for improvements to make maxthon the best. 4/5

The developers still have not implemented my following request that I submitted for Maxthon Browser version Android 4.0.4.1000 (2013/03/28 Thu.). Please add functionality that automatically saves all of the open tabs before a user leaves Maxthon Browser, (MB), and then restores all of the aforementioned tabs immediately after a user opens MB. This will prevent a loss of a user's time and information. 2014/04/08 Tue: Boat Browser, Chrome, Dolphin Browser, Firefox, Naked Browser, Opera Classic, Opera, Next Browser, and UC Browser have the aforementioned functionality that Maxthon has refused to implement. 2014/08/19 Tue: I do not support you. I disbelieve that my suggestion "will NOT be implemented due the lack of demand."; I believe that you lack the technical skills to do what I require. . 1/5
