Good but some functions don't work by anonymA great tool for those who want to edit using predefined filters. But coloring a spot or an object in a grey scaled picture doesn't work. All I get is a red circle based on the point I tap... no help menu either. 3/5

Good but could be better.. by anonymI like how this app works because it's easy to learn and work with but it really needs extras that you can DL as an add on with more tools to edit different things because one of my main problems with this is the txt that you can apply to a pic because there are hardly any fonts to choose from and you can only move it around and change the size but you cant rotate or anything else but if they had more tools and opinions it would be an amazing app but as it stands its a decent app that you should try out 4/5

Color Touch Effects WHAT by anonymThis application does not do but two things. AND IT DESTROYED ONE OF MY MAIN PREINSTALLED APPLICATIONS! The first of what is offered in this app; has already been covered by the other preinstalled applications. To which one of these was destroyed, actually offers More. The SECOND THING that it does; is pretty cool, but. IT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO DO ANY THING OTHER THAN RESTORE THE ORIGINAL COLOR; So if you think that you can cover things like the way you have an object that is to bright, Forget It! 2/5

by anonymI like this app, great zoom in, nice effects but could use more. One negative side, I want to be able to use more than one effect on a picture. What if I want to have two? I'd have to save it and then edit that saved picture etc. etc. When I do that the pictures come out with blurred blocks. ? 3/5
