stickers just load load and load!! by anonymafter the new update whenever someone send me sticker, it doesn't appear . Just 'loading...' fix it please! just this is the issue.. otherwise it is awsome.. 5/5
Animated sricker by anonymWhy I can't see animated stickers? On my older phone, I downloaded Viber from another market and I have animated stickers, bud on this, much better phone (Viber downloaded from Play store) my sticker are not animated... 2/5
So slow by anonymThese last couple updates have slowed down Viber so much and ruined its functionality. Instead of adding more unnecessary stickers, focus on working on the actual app and what it's meant for. Everything is incredibly slow. 3/5
Sound quality - excellent by anonymThis is an excellent service. Viber has certainly made vast improvements to the service. Sound quality was excellent and the communication with a person on the other side of the world sounded as if he was sitting opposite you. Well done! Just make the Viber out rates even cheaper. 5/5
by anonymI find this app to be very uncooperative during calls that have excellent service. It sems that it has the tendency to lose the quality of the service the very first fifteen seconds. Something needs to be done as it can be very obnoxious and intolerant if this keeps recurrent. 2/5
Almost 5 by anonymI should have rated 5 coz ive been using Viber for almost 3years but right now it keeps on freezing whenever im gonna type a message. I uninstall and install again. Let's see if its gonna work. 4/5
Your update is suck. by anonymSometimes I don't want any body know my location but after update I usually accidentally put on the location button, and because of it made me in serious trouble. You're suck. 1/5
Hard to communicate by anonymI found that when you send a text with viber it could be the following day or at least a few hours later before the person receives it . it's the same with phone calls -often a person will try ringing you, hear a ringing tone but the recipients phone doesn't ring. This would happen even if the phone is connected to a wifi unit all day 3/5
Awesome app! by anonymGreat app for free worldwide messaging. Works great for free video calls and phone calls too. Two thumbs up. Oh and if I could find the sticker market I'd be in heaven - love those stickers but can't find it on my new android phone. 5/5

Stopped working by anonym1. Had to reset my phone and though using a Google voice number had worked before, it has since stopped. 2.recent update won't let me send or receive calls. Was working yesterday, only change was the update. 1/5
Having troubles with privacy settings by anonymI am using viber on my lenovo tablet.I can't seem to see my contacts online status. I went to the settings -general but there is no way to change the privacy settings unlike my android smartphone. Please help 4/5

Great messaging service but some issues by anonymLatest versions are excellent for general messaging but call quality is very inconsistent. Also, since using Android 5, it is almost impossible to send pictures or voice messages. They simply sit in a constant state of "sending" until eventually timing out. Very frustrating. I found older versions of Viber provided a better all round experience, and were less bloated with features. Any support from the Viber team regarding picture/voice messaging would be much appreciated, cheers. 3/5

Doesn't work nicely with Bluetooth by anonymUnfortunately not able to use the call and end buttons on the Bluetooth hands free device when answering calls. It works fine on Windows Phone though. 2/5
Disappointed by anonymWas perfect before the update now to constantly crashes. App will work perfectly fine for a while then when I try to open the app it only shows a black screen. I have to reset my phone for it to work again 1/5
Bad application now by anonymI'm trying to register the viber on my phone number and it reports me again and again to send me 4 digits codes but I didn't get any code on my phone number so far. I ask to the tech-support team why is it so? And when are you gonna fix this bug. Well I'll not give any star to this app 3/5
Many things need to be fixed! by anonymGiving 2 stars just coz saving my money on calls but it lacks many features yet.. A must is the ability to save/backup voice messages.. Also to forward them or resend coz sometimes they fail to download.. And to be able to send audio files not limited by time (30s)... Keeps disconnecting, specially when using some other apps... And many more.. 2/5
Call quality issues by anonymThere seems to be a problem with voice quality. After a while one sides quality drops to almost inaudible as if being filtered. Hanging up and making a new call solves the problem for half a minute or so. Tried a skype call after. Had no issues. It must be some kind of noise cancelling algorithm or compression. 3/5

Disconnected by anonymMy viber was working brilliant till the last few updates...now it keeps disconnecting on me and I have to into viber to get it to come back..can ye please fix this problem..I'd have given 5 stars only for this problem.. 2/5

Ok by anonymCall quality is average, no status options (busy, do not disturb, available, and the like ). I don't want to sign out every time I am busy with something! Otherwise it is an okay app. 3/5
Getting worse with each update by anonym1. Profile picture is a no show - again, 2. Stickers load waaaay too long, 3. Voice calls quality is bad again, 4. Messages take too long to arrive, 5. Viber games are totally unnecessary. You should focus more on fixing flaws than adding stuff that no one will use anyway. Previous version worked a bit better but this is just absurd. Get us a new update that will FINALLY make everything work again as it should because some of us are getting really fed up. 1/5

Online contacts option by anonymIt is disgusting to search the online contacts name by name.Most of the times I have to take help from facebook to know online friends.If you people do not add the button showing online friends on next update,I must have to uninstall it. 2/5
Bad call quality by anonymInstead of group chats you should have focus on call quality. The sound is very inconsistent. Sometimes high and sometimes low, this is terrible. The loudspeaker is also completely unusable, as the sound stays almost at the same low volume. 2/5

Kraxion by anonymGood app does what it says very good, although I have more friends that use what's app. In sure it's because of your girly pink colour this puts my 42 what's app friends off. Change colour scheme and in sure more people would use it, sounds stupid but I can't think what else it could be. Although new update has dropped it to 3 stars as its simply bad. 3/5

Recent updates are flawed by anonymIt does what it's supposed to do, but the recent updates are prohibiting me from entering the Viber store. Whenever I click on the store option, the screen progress wheel loops and takes me back to the conversation list. I have been getting recurring notifications for read messages as well. Your design language is getting obsolete, too. It's time for you to remaster the entire app design to the material design guidelines. 3/5
