Positive review Almost got it by anonym
I like how this app works...when it works. I find myself fighting with it a lot. Having to log back in all the time is frustrating. I have been able to add torrents to my pc at while at work and friends' houses though, when i do get it to work, so its pretty cool. Work out the bugs and this will be 5star app. 4/5
Negative review Internal server error by anonym
Keeps giving internal server error, no matter what I try. Torrent-fu for utorrent 2.0 is alot better! But has no support for 3.0 1/5
Negative review Problem by anonym
I am happy with this app, but i have huge problem with it crashing alot ana not being able to log in most of the time . I tried reinstalling again and again but the app keeps crahing and not logging in either 2/5
Positive review Excellent, Few Bugs by anonym
Works fairly well and does what I need it to. But, it does have a few authentication issues. The issues though are not to much of a nuisance and I can easily live with them. 4/5
Negative review Was working good by anonym
Was working good as of 10 sept 2014 but from 11 sept whenever i try to login to my pc client, the pc client gets crashed. Edit 20 sept: taken stars away since devs are not responsible in fixing bugs. Will improve rating if you manage to keep the thing working for 3 versions. 1/5
Positive review Good for free but 1 bug by anonym
For a free app does exactly what you need it to do, add torrents remotely. A paid version could bring in features such as more management tools like bandwidth allocations, automatic tasks etc. One bug prevents the very last star for this that really needs to be looked at, the app never stays logged in ever. You need to logout, login, hit home button, find torrent to add and then add. If you just add torent it flashes an error message so fast you cannot read it. This fixed will make it perfect! 4/5
Negative review barely useful but buggy by anonym
Unable to retrieve my torrent list when more than 10 torrents active. Sometimes difficult to login. Sometimes unable to start/stop the torrents. Refresh time setting seems doesnt work. really buggy & unstable?!! 2/5
Negative review Decryption error for the last 10 months !!! by anonym
Wow... No reply from Dev + When will it be fixed ? Can't log in - Getting decryption error! 1/5
Neutral review Okay. Could be great. by anonym
Fairly buggy. Makes you log out and log back in regularly. And button icons are blanked out so I don't know which button does what. But it is able to handle magnet links despite what other reviews say. 3/5
Positive review Very useful by anonym
The app makes too easy to control all you torrent files, the only thing less, is a Widget. Recommended 100% for utorrent users PD: Sorry for my bad english 5/5
Negative review Doesn't seem to work .. by anonym
.. With Android 5.0 and the switch to ART over Dalvik. Might need to be looked into. Crashes on start. Not the first app I've seen with this issue. 1/5
Positive review Great app, but has one major flaw by anonym
Nifty little app, perfect for me when I'm at work and can quickly check my torrents My only complaint, is that when im adding torrents i have to copy magnet links, which are a pain in the backside on mobiles to do, i hope its updated to allow torrent files soon though 4/5
Positive review good, but limited by anonym
the app is really nice, and clean. but all i wanted the remote for was to start and stop torrents. which this does, but when i start and stop i do em all at once. to free up some bandwidth for other things. i have over 100 torrents going typically, and to do them individually would be ridiculous. it REALLY needs an option to pause/resume all torrents. then it would be a 5 star app for me. 4/5
Negative review Please update by anonym
Was working great but now I always get an error message every time I try to login Samsung galaxy S2 1/5
Negative review EpicScale by anonym
The desktop app silently installed a cryptocoin miner without my approval, this is literally stealing from my electricity bill to generate money for someone I don't even know. Sorry, but this behavior is unnaceptable and I will do anything let everyone I know to not use any of your products. You killed your own product, I hope it was worth it. 1/5
Neutral review Logged Out by anonym
Its awesome when it works, but keeps getting logged out when I minimized the app. Then sometimes it wont connect when Im too far from my desktop. 3/5
Negative review Decryption Error by anonym
Every time. I have yet to get it to load my torrents. The forums say this is being worked on, but this is a periodic problem. Why would I want to use an app that I know you guys will break with every alpha build then take your sweet time fixing? 1/5
Negative review Worked once upon a time by anonym
Upgraded from Galaxy S4 to Note 4. On the S4 there was a 'Menu/Settings' button, but on all these new Samsung devices, it's been replaced by the 'Last/Close Apps' button. I login into my µTorrent app and let it cache, but if I want to add a link there is now no 'Settings' button anywhere to be found because as far as I can tell it doesn't exist, and is now taken away from the hardware. Am I missing something...or how can I add links? Help! 2/5
Positive review Detecting media issue... by anonym
I downloaded something from my laptop but it stopped before.it.was done.creating a corrupted file.but utorrent thinks the file still exist wen deleted 4/5
Positive review One thing by anonym
I keep having to logout and then logging in again. This app does refresh automatically 4/5
Neutral review Update the GUI to fall in line with JellyBean/KitKat design language by anonym
Please at least get rid of old Android 2.3 GUI elements, as at some point these also cause the app to crash when "Force GPU Rendering" is turned on in development options 3/5
Positive review Works Like A Champ!!! by anonym
This app works like a champ for me! :) So why not 5 Stars? Three issues: #1 is that once in a while it won't accept a certain torrent. #2 is after it sits a while, it won't go into the app. This is quickly solved by logging out and back in. #3 is that when a torrent is completed and you remove it, it won't clear it out of the app, until you log out and back in again. Other than these occasional and minor annoyances (which should be fixed), it works great! I recommend it!!! 4/5
Negative review Meh... by anonym
I was really disappointed with this app. The only thing its good for is checking the progress of your downloads...should be able to change bandwidth allocation etc. This app should have all the features of the pc version but doesn't. Also haven't been able to add torrents from my phone either. 2/5
Neutral review Doesn't allow magnet links by anonym
Come on guys, it seems like this would be really easy to implement. Your desktop app can use magnets, as can the website and the android torrent client, but I don't want to download torrents to my tablet - I want to download them to my pc 3/5
Positive review Login problem by anonym
Love the features but the server I very seldom responding. Would live for this to improve. Keep up the good work. A paid app maybe to help with development costs? I'm willing to pay. 5/5
Negative review by anonym
It seems that every time I use it I have to go thru this massive rigmarole of logging in and out 20 times before I can add a torrent then do the same to add a second one. I just don't know if the effort is worth it anymore 1/5
Negative review Used to like this app by anonym
Before the updates this app worked beautifully. Now it's like an act of Congress just to get it to connect. And when it finally does connect it shows zero torrents when I know there are torrents there. 30% chance of connection and not syncing data has earned this app 2 stars. Fix the problem and I will happily give 5 stars. 2/5
Negative review Useless if you want to use your own dns by anonym
If you dont want to set up some useless log in and just use your own dns like you would from a browser skip this app. 1/5
Negative review No connection over mobile network by anonym
When on any wifi the site and app work great. However, since the new update on my phone I can't use the app unless I'm on wifi. This pretty much defeats the purpose for me as I que up torrents while I'm out. Please resolve for a better review. 1/5
Negative review Works but no access to the menu or settings by anonym
I upgraded to the Note 4 and this model doesn't come with a menu button. So i am unable to go into the settings or the menu pane 2/5
Positive review Works fine! by anonym
For everyone having issues - get the kickass torrents app and click the magnet link button on your search results. It sends it straight to utorrent remote. Easy :) 5/5
Neutral review by anonym
Well this device could use a little work on the menu and download to he or she's phone depending on each user's age and nashanalitee race and creed and country and dialog of spoken word from there dialect. also is There a bug in the upload prosess if you upload the same program to your desktop as a pose to your make and model of android phone. also why doe's this program rated good but take's up hardrive space needed four other app's and program's currently on the phone beside the user's vast library of program and game's and application's besides the main use the phone and internet and email service's. other then that i will watch how this program pan's out if i am not satisfied this program is going to the phone application delete shark tank along with all the other program's that have been logged and achieved by candien homeland security agency deleted program archive that know one suppose to know about only the developer drinking Coffey and clocking out at the end of the day. 3/5
Positive review Add features by anonym
Please add some option (or buttons) such as Pause Downloads, Resume Downloads & Stop Downloads for pausing, resuming and stopping all active downloads as same as pc's utorrent software. 5/5
Positive review Clean & convenient..but lack of 'add torrent' a big drawback by anonym
It has a good clean UI...Makes managing torrents remotely a breeze. But lack of 'torrent adding' feature and selecting specific files from a torrent keep it from getting full 5 stars 4/5
Negative review Buggy on Samsung S4 by anonym
App keeps losing login credentials everytime I open it, and spits out an error message of "invalid authentication details" when I know I have only put in the correct ones. Also the torrents can take a while to reflect on the download tab. This goes the same for the download progress. Good idea, based on functionality but needs some bug ironing out. 2/5
Negative review It works with some issues by anonym
It does work for me but, more often then not I'm not able to connect to the server. Also none of the icons show up on the buttons. And I cannot seem to add torrents via a url. 2/5
Negative review Decryption Error by anonym
Not working, every time I log in, it gives me decryption error. Tried on HTC One X+ and Nexus 7 (2013) 1/5
Negative review Buggy by anonym
I have to keep logging out. From the browser I can open a torrent link with uTorrent remote and then login and it works, but if I try to add another it fails. I have to log out of uTorrent and then try again. 2/5
Negative review Worked Till I got new phone by anonym
This worked ok on my old HTC Thunderbolt with Root and Gingerbread/ICS. Now on new Samsung S4 rooted (Verizon) I can not get the APP to take a downloaded torrent file and add it to my queue. I have to visit the Torrent Remote web site and copy/paste the torrent URL for it to add. Not sure what caused the break. I can still edit, review, pause, delete torrents that are on my queue from the APP but can not add them. I get 400 error codes when I try to add downloaded torrent files to the queue via the app. 2/5
Neutral review I want to like it... by anonym
But the app wont even open before it stops responding. I tried unistalling and all the troubleshooting but nothing, still 3 stars though just cause i love you all. 3/5
