by anonymHi, this is a highly recommend app that helps to save someone's privacy, I have downloaded the app very long time ago, but forgot the password. There is no option to reset the password, or getting the password for me. There is no other option but to put a pin and take a picture. Please help me with this situation.

by anonymI changed cell phones and logged into my Vault account, but my vault premium showed someone else's account and their email address. I have now contacted the company 5 times in the past 3 months with no results. (I allowed extra time because of the virus.) No one has returned my email. I canceled my subscription today. Horrible experience. If they gave me access to someone else's email address and account what did they do with mine??? 1/5

by anonymIt's always asking for money, why not upgrade it with data instead of money, you can lock up to five apps then the next thing you see is upgrade the vault, not even with data but with money
by anonymVery dissapointed. I paid my 3 month subscription on Juky 18th and my account is asking to pay again to upgrade. I have tried emailing Vault and Google, only to be ignored. So sadly had to write this review due to no reaponse. I love this app but right now I am dissapointed and will not pay again. My next payment is due on October 18th. Someone needs to correct this in my account. Sent email today 8-10-2020. 1/5
by anonym2 issues. Had app w/ premium srvc, then lost half of content. Said couldn't restore w/out premium. Long story short, had 2 subscriptions. Developer won't reply to any emails. Now just got a new phone. Content won't transfer and SOMEONE ELSE'S email shows up in premium ID bind. Have to cancel subscription 4 months into it and have to try to reinstall and PAY again for it. Google says to contact Developer for a refund. Why bother since they refused to reply to the first 3! 2/5
