Could be useful. by anonymWorks well. Easy to use, although finding somewhere quiet enough is difficult. Can be hard to tell if it is a tone you are hearing or electronic noise. 4/5

Awesome! by anonymI'm 48 and have the hearing of a ferret (!) or someone 18 or younger. Next I'll test my husband...I know he doesn't hear me sometimes - I'd like to know at what level he's just ignoring me (or using his "selective hearing"). :-) Thanks for the fun and informative test! 5/5
Quite accurate by anonymI got this to check my hearing, my wife was sick of me saying what all the time, I am 42 but the hearing test stated a hearing age of 60 to 65, so off to the docs I went, got a hearing test done and found out I have high frequency hearing loss, and now have hearing aids to help, so overall 5 stars, good app but if you are really concerned about your hearing go to the docs and get them checked properly. 5/5
Helpful by anonymGreat introduction to hearing frequencies and limitations ears may have... good concept for my students of the ipod generation.( second test is particularly helpful for first year guitar players learning to tune....) 5/5
Pretty accurate! by anonymI have mild hearing loss and have been tested at doc with basically the same results as this test. Heard from experts that untreated hearing loss can result in early onset dementia and in some cases even Alzheimers, so if you get poor results here, be sure to get to doc for a proper checkup. 5/5
Fairly Accurate by anonymI had an audiologist test my hearing a few years back and the results seem to coincide with what this app tells me. (Good hearing for a guy in his late 50's.) It's one of the better hearing tests I've come across. 4/5
Very good app by anonymThe best of the hearing test apps I tried. Gives a pretty full test and explains the range of hearing that one hears. Some minor ui issues and a bit cutesy for my tastes but very good overall 4/5

Wow love it!!!! by anonymI was born with one ear. My "good" ear has about 40 percent and its getting worse every year. Doc says I'll be deaf within the next few years. I love this application because these tests cost me a lot lol. It at least gives me an idea of how much worse it's getting. Thank you guys!!! 5/5
Don't waste your time by anonymWell if you are just looking to waste 5 min on a novelty then by all means try this app out. The app didn't even come close to anything accurate. According to the results I have "the hearing of a (30-35) year old, great hearing, I can hear like an elephant ." Well let's see I'm 45 have 65% loss in 1 ear and 45% in the other. I have been wearing hearing aids for 10 years. I took the test without my hearing aids so the results are WAY off. Don't waste your time. 1/5
Doesnt work in Android 4.0.4 by anonymDear team could you please fix this. If this works I will definitely buy. As I am really suffering from hearing problem. Might be this is helpful to me for future. 1/5
Nice one by anonymGood app. Rating 4 stars so developer has will to do it even better. Test is good, just results I found difficult to read. Its hard to sort sentences with word "not" or without. Could do results with less text. Keep on. 4/5
Great app! by anonymI see a lot if people rating this app low because they didnt get the results they wanted, but as a musician i find it highly accurate as i've had my hearing tested before and got similar results as this app gave. Fun and informative! 5/5
Wow! Pretty cool App!! by anonymI love this app!! I have been looking for something that can test my husband and I's heading so that I can prove that I hear him better than he hears me! Lol!! This app is great to test range and frequency, and I love how it tells you your hearing age, and what animal your hear like. Very accurate!! 5/5

Silly by anonymI'm actually hard of hearing. The frequencies of the test are fine but the results are abysmal. Ratings of 'good' or 'great' are not very conclusive. 2/5
Seems accurate by anonymWith what I trend to realize about my hearing. I was able to test both and each each ear individually, I knew my left ear didn't hear to well and this app verified and gave specific results, frequencies and such. Recommended, you'll know if you need to see your Doc. 5/5

Where are the middle frequencies? by anonymI think this is an interesting idea but this app is ridiculous. Humans hear between 20 and 20,000 Hz with absolutely perfect hearing. The high frequencies drop as we age. It is extremely doubtful that many of us beyond the age of 16 or so can still hear this way. It would be more appropriate to test 250-8000 Hz. Also, to whomever posted that he had his hearing tested by an ENT, I seriously doubt that. The reimbursement is too poor for a physician to do that. 2/5

Need good headphones by anonymI used my bose noise canceling headphones, and this app worked great. The external speaker cannot produce the low tones for that. I had to redo the test because I said I was hearing the tones, but really I was hearing a popping sound at the beginning and end of the tone. You may want to redo the low tones to fix that. Also, it would be nice to test individual ears. I know my left hears better than the right. 4/5

Very helpful by anonymI like this app and I think it is good for everyone to periodically test their hearing. It is something we take for granted, for those who are not hearing impaired, and considering I am a musician it is something I would hate to lose. Take care of your hearing. 5/5
Relisble by anonymTest confirmed what doctor already told me. This app was easy to use and results were understandable. Be sure to test each ear separately though as diminished hearing in one ear may not be noticable. 4/5
Not accurate at all by anonymI have been tested by an ENT and I have moderate hearing loss on high frequencies. This test says my hearing is equivalent to an 18 year old. I DJ'ed for 10 plus years, I did use better headphones for this test Sony MDR-V700 maybe if I was using skull candy ear buds my test results would be worse. 1/5
Fails in Galaxy S 4 by anonymStarts tests, makes no sound, buttons fail in test. Must use home or back key to end dead test. 1/5

Cool! by anonymI used this to test my sound system in my car to make sure i had it fully tuned from 20hz to 17khz. The only thing that would make it perfect is the ability to play the tones on demand, rather than a randomized test. PS-this is almost identical to the test they use for military enlistment at meps.thx! 4/5
Static by anonymIt says I hear every tone even when I can't because when the sound is played, even when below my hearing threshold, I hear the background static of the tone which lets me know a sound is being played then. I can't distinguish if I am hearing the tone or not because of static. 1/5
