great app by anonymThis app is great! Ive used this app for a year now and use it every day. I like the feature which gives you the ability to have music available when not connected to a network by downloading the music. to save time and money connect to wifi once a month and update the songs in your database. great app! 5/5
by anonymThis app is awful. It sucks on ps4 and any other device it's allowed on. What's even worse is the fact that Sony has to know this crap doesn't work. If 0stars were possible that's what I would give it. Compared to google play music this is filth. 1/5

Weak! Nothing Special! by anonymThe concept is the same as Spotify, Google Play, iTunes, or Beats Audio mobile device programs. The interface looks cheap to be a Sony Brand. The genre search engine is so limited compared to Google Play or Beats Audio where it's broken down into subgenres. Its still $9.99/ mo after a 30 day trial. Which is the offer for all the mobile device music programs. 1/5
Stay away by anonymThis app is truly a pile of garbage. It has never worked for me once. It loads perpetually, never to let you see the homescreen. You have lost a customer, SEN. I'm never paying for this abomination ever again. 1/5

by anonymStill love the app because I know what it has to offer. However, since the update, it will not let me play my Offline Content (this is crucial to me because we have bad signal at work. Plus it [offline mode] saves battery in general). Please help or fix. Thank you and still, great job & app. Also, I am a paying customer and will continue to be, but please help fix this! 5/5
Unfortunately, Music Unlimited has stopped working. by anonymShould really be called Music Limited with the amount of crashes this app has. Almost every session I experience a few crashes or bugs. User interface is also a bit weird, very odd layout. The whole service though is really good, 5/5, but the app used to access the service is junk. 2/5

Needs to fix bug. by anonymI just recently decided to download it on my phone after using it for some time on my PSP and I really like it except that here on the phone the songs don't play all the way, they cut off half way through the song and its really annoying. Please fix this. I'm using LG F6 Jellybean 4.1.2 3/5

Music Unlimited is Great... by anonym...when it works, which is sadly quite seldom. A LOT of crashing, takes ages to load etc. Recently I have paid 9.90 per month for the following text "A connection to the server could not be established. This application will close" to appear on the screen. 1/5
Deezer > Music Unlimited by anonymThis is awful, I switched to this because my deezer trial expired, but this is just sh1t .. quality can't hold and the song cuts out even with full 4G or WiFi. I'd rather pay for deezer than put up with this 1/5
Not Too Bad by anonymI've not being using this app for that long and it has already crashed a few times on my Xperia Z3. If you guys can fix the bugs in this app and make it more stable then you are onto a winner. The concept is absolutely fantastic and delivered really well. The interface is beautifully designed and the navigation is really easy to use. Overall I think this app deserves recognition for what it is but it just needs stabilising a bit more. Apart from that then a good job overall. Well done! 3/5
Best Music app out there (a bit buggy though) by anonymUndeniably one of the best music apps out there. Excellent library and mood functions and sense me are great. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the UI is a bit finicky, some annoying bugs, and syncing offline is not 100% functional. Other than that fantastic app 3/5
by anonymWhen I first had this app it worked really well i've had this app for almost twelve months now and Im very disappointed with the poor quality. Evan when you put the app into offline mode it still tells you that there is an error. I have read numerous comment and reviews from other users and they all are geting the same problem also users of this app are asking for the problem to be fixed but still the issues have yet to be resolved I believe the app has great potential so please could you resolve this. 3/5
Unreliable by anonymSwitched to this from Spotify after getting my PS4 a year ago. Used it on both PS4 and mobile (Galaxy S5) over the past year. The PlayStation ui has improved and crashes less now which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. The mobile ui is terrible though. It's slow and constantly crashes. There are whole weeks where you just can't log into it as it crashes or says it can't connect (over both WiFi and 3G). I will be switching back to Spotify as I don't feel this is usable or good value for money 2/5
Amazing app with glaring problems by anonymThe ambition this app has is commendable and has the right way and attitude towards it's competition but the constant crashes is the only thing but the most important thing that holds it back from greatness. I'll continue to use it and love it but Sony needs to fix these issues asap. 3/5
It's great but the problems make it annoying by anonymWhen I can get it to work it's perfect but when you leave the app it crashes and deletes the song. It won't open sometimes and it will randomly crash. Fix these problems and this app will be a LOT better. 3/5
Clueless to complaints by anonymI'm not sure why so many bash this app. I use it on my ps4 as well as phone. The app works fantastic for me! I've had zero problems updating my playlists. As well as zero problems playing my music through Offline Mode. Using this on the console and the phone is well worth the 10$ subscription. I've been able to find every single song I've searched for so far! Thumbs up Sony- the only thing I want to see is a more wide spread Genre search list. 5/5
Great idea pretty unreliable by anonymI love the idea of this service. I pay monthly and have made an amazing collection. The problem is it's unreliable. i never know when it's going to work and when it's going to crash on me. When I play it on my ps4 it sometimes takes minutes just load up. This should seriously be an issue people pay for this service. 3/5

One I couldn't make an account because it said I can't make sub accounts on this device but then I tried to find my password thinking that the first time I tried it worked but then said my email is invalid? Awesome app by anonymI'm a PlayStation junkie, but it's a great service to have if you have a PS4. Just for the fact that you can make up your own playlist and listen to what you want while you are playing your favorite game. And you can use this with your PS4, PS3, tablet, smartphone & Sony Blu Ray players. PlayStation for LIFE :-) 5/5

Annoying bugs by anonymOffline mode issues - will play the wrong audio, it doesn't correspond with the song information; will error out and am forced to close it completely then reopen, happens about 2-3 times a week, this can also cause a song to get deleted from a playlist. I usually don't use online mode unless im updating a playlist but when i go to add songs to a playlist, it doesn't do anything. 3/5

I'm a paying customer by anonymIf i had a dollar for the amount of times this application gets stuck and i can't edit my volume or change the song! I pay 10 a month and I guarantee if u gave me a dollar each time that happened I'd be getting paid daily for using this. Great for PS4 but other than that it's a big waste of money... And i have the Galaxy Note 4 and there's no reason why this app does this to such a high powered phone. 3/5
Such an annoying app by anonymBugs must love this app, it crashes constantly it's unreliable compare this to the Walkman app it's nowhere near as close to it please guys this app was so good before now it's slow, crashes constant error messages and force closing. I use the Walkman app for my MU playlists because it's more reliable. 2/5
