I live in Guangzhou, China. My phone is Samsung Galaxy note3. The app crashes like hell. No way to send crash report to Uber. With updates it gets worse. Please fix the app asap. 1/5

Driver arrived 30mins late and as his uber app was not working he wasted another 10 mins to get it started. Finally have to cancel the trip and pay him in cash. 1/5

The app is simple and effective in how it functions and the details it provides of your trip. Works flawlessly on my phone. Uber has been a welcome addition to the cities I live in and travel to. Way cheaper than a traditional taxi and the vehicles are cleaner as they are personal vehicles of the drivers. To those worried about safety, the drivers get background checks to ensure passenger safety and the vehicles are often newer than traditional taxi cabs. 5/5

With the new mandate from RBI you can register with Uber only using Paytm accounts but when I am trying to do that over the phone I can't and it wont let me use my credit card. 1/5

Thanks for including a process to reauthorise the paytm wallet, but still it doesn't work. I am getting different OTP via Text Message and Email. None if it works, tried quite a few times, but same thing happened and was of no use. My Paytm wallet has credits but is of no use till I can Reauthorise it on Uber. Minimal rating will exist till I be able to practically use the service. 5/5

Fares are fantastic in Spokane, but I find it absurd that you leave no spot to tip the driver within your app at the end of the ride. With these low fares that would be a great way to subsidize the drivers for time and gas they are using with these lower fares. I'm just a passenger who used Uber for the first time today instead of Lyft. Loved the "fare estimate" piece before the ride, huge value in that. Great ride overall, it would just be nice to see you look out for the driver n let us tip em. 4/5

I wish there was more coverage in Quezon City. I'd give it a 5 rating if they had better coverage. Also I feel bad not tipping the drivers, should I be tipping the drivers? 4/5

When I call for an uber. My pin's somewhere else and it really confuses the drivers. And I have to call them everytime and explain where I exactly am. Please fix the GPS. My phones fine. Used waze to test if my GPS broke. But it's working Alright. So it's obviously the app. But don't get me wrong. It's very useful. Just fix it. Thanks! 3/5

I have been using uber for the last 2 months and I was happy with the service.but now whenever I am trying to login to my account its saying "your account has been disabled plz contact support". I wrote a mail also but didn't got any response whatsoever. I was not expecting such things from uber. I m really disappointed with the uber support team. 1/5

Uber was a decent company but they decided to screw over the drivers . We as drivers were asked to give the riders a bunch of perks even no take no tips . Well for all we do for the rider's they turned around and screwed us over and took 20% more from our pay . I Don't know about you. You can't work for a 20% pay cut. I cut back 50% 1/5

My account was recently flagged for fraud. I had my credit card stolen so I changed it on the Uber app and used it many times with no problem. I then cancelled a ride. One week later, I switched phones and this appears to have triggered Uber's fraud algorithm. I have no problem with this as long as there's a reasonable way to identify me. Unfortunately, the Uber customer support team only validates a fraud case if you send them a photo of a government issued ID or a credit card to validate that you're not committing fraud. This is very dangerous for a consumer. Even if you trust Uber with images of your drivers license or credit card (which I do), you cannot trust that this information will not be intercepted by someone else along the way. Not even banks or financial institutions deal with fraud in this extreme manner. It's too bad because I've been using Uber since 2010 and I have loved the service but this is where I draw the line. I've never used Lyft before but now I will definitely switch unless they can deal with my case without asking me to submit such vulnerable information over such insecure channels. 1/5

Polite but useless drivers, scary in fact. No idea where they are going so eyes glued to the sat nav and not the road! To dangerous for a busy city like London. I will be sticking with the real taxis myself, well worth the extra £ 1/5

Had problems with both the times i have used it so far. First time ordered an uberx and it canceled when it gone by my house and i was charged $5 for it canceling (which they forgave after i complained.) But apparently because of that i didn't get a 1st time rider discount. Trying to get home that night all i could get it to do was order me a regular cab. 2/5

My first experience with Uber was a great one: paperless, convenient, and comfortable. The driver was really nice. My issues were that after the first trip, on the way back home I had 2 drivers cancel on me and was afraid that I wouldn't be getting another Uber taxi, luckily it worked out that the same person who drove us took the request on my 3rd attempt. The app kept botching my location on the way back and also messed up the driver's GPS on finding us. Couldn't find out how to tip. 4/5

Convenient and easy to order. I love that it can use Google wallet. My main complaint is that you can't tip using the app. I never carry cash and that caught me by surprise the first time which made a good driver miss out. Will change to give stars if you include that function. 3/5

While registering I am being asked to add credit card which comes with error that bank having problem and there is no option shown to add paytm wallet as seems to others. 1/5

Really disappointed with uber. Its hurts even to give that one star but thats the minimum. I have 600 in my credits but still i get the error that insufficient balance. When i tried recharging 404 link not found. Even local taxi providers have better apps. 1/5

Uber was initially good. But it's dynamic pricing is not logical as per my understanding of the cab market. Minimum charges of 152 rs for Uber X should not be the pricing for a company that thinks to change the way how people commute.disappointed with uber 1/5

I've yet to have a successful ride with Uber, to have a driver actually show up even close to the time they were supposed to. The last straw was today, when I ended up having to drive to the airport because the driver first got lost, then got pulled over for a broken taillight. I give up. 1/5

Or tell me what my data monetizing is worth. So I see if its worth the risk to sell me. Also. While learning to use the service my credit card was billed FOUR times. And no ride was given. I had to then waste time telling my credit card company you or your driver was defraud ing me. Pita 1/5

The idea behind the application is great. It works as described and it is cheaper than standard taxi (at least in my country). However I faced some issues with my payment method and had to contact the support. Alas even they admitted there is an issue but could not help me. It is not a deal breaker and I will keep using the app. 4/5

It's a great app overall, does everything it's supposed to do & the cab service in general is quite nice. The reason I docked out a star is because Indian users won't be able to setup their account in this app unless they already have a paytm account linked to the number they are registering with. I am sure all fellow Indians would have faced a similar problem in which our credit card linking is being declined by the bank! So setup paytm first :) and if u like my tip then use my coupon: HA2WA (600 Rs/$20) 4/5

It was my first time in Chicago ever and I used this app and it worked out perfectly. it was good and cheap and the drivers were really nice. they also helped me get back to the train station because I got on the wrong train and missed my station really late at night. 5/5

Love to order UBER. So easy and is cheaper then a cab. In my town it was always a 45 min wait for a cab. Now with UBER it's a 3 min wait and now I see empty cabs everywhere. The taxi companies had a monopoly and gave the worst service. Now with UBER around all you see is empty cabs! I love UBER! Might become a driver myself! 5/5

Having seen Uber in the news more and more lately, I simply had to take this for a spin... And it does not disappoint. The concept behind Uber is fantastic and the accompanying application - this application - works flawlessly. To those complaining about Uber's services, learn to adapt to the changing landscape or get left behind... A little competition - which the taxi industry currently lacks - never hurt anyone! After all, innovation drives competition... 4/5

I was very skeptical of uber at first mostly because it sounded too good to be true, but i must say i wish i would have found this early. Its almost 50 percent cheaper than taxi and the drivers are way nicer than most of these greedy dirtty cab drivers. I rode in 2 different mercedes today and both fares were only a little over 5 bucks. Its awesome 5/5
