" Real-time quotes ! "

The application has not yet detailed description, however the team assigned the note of 7 / 10. This note is based on the following criteria: Quality, Usefulness, Ease of Use, Privacy Concerns of user data (depending on the permissions required)..

The app is compatible from version 1.5 of Android. Any supperior OS version will support it.

Its weight is very light, less than a megabyte is sufficient to store and operate.

Its number of downloads in the Android Market (Google Play) makes it an extremely popular application and rightly so. More than a million users are using it on mobile or on touch pad.

Negative review Meh by anonym
I have much higher expectations from google. This has trouble syncing and I have to repeatedly click accept about my portfolios. Have seen no improvement or positive change over two years. Galaxy s3. 2/5
Negative review Terrible by anonym
Just started to get into stocks and I can't even check my portfolios properly. On my nexus 4 it still doesn't work. Some stocks Dont show up that the real website has. On my note 2 I can't even sign in and use it. This really bad. It needs attention. Why have an app that doesn't work properly. 1/5
Negative review Quote & chart is ALL that's available by anonym
.com-on google! News articles of a stock on your list does not display in order of latest news first. It's sorted randomly! You must scroll thru ALL the news on your stock to find the latest news article. HOW LAME! 1/5
Negative review Shockingly poor app by anonym
Can't believe this is a Google product. Why is so little functionality available compared to the Web UI? Super lame guys... 2/5
Neutral review Lacking features by anonym
Does not support International assets in app as does on the Web version. No display of cost basis and gains losses for tracked portfolios. 3/5
Negative review In need of updates for years by anonym
Unsure why Google doesn't fix this app.. it always asks you to sign in. Sometimes it doesn't show portfolio 2/5
Negative review Serious Bugs, has potential by anonym
On Galaxy s4. Consistently crashes. Consistently asks to agree to terms of agreement. Has problem adding tickers. Charts are too tiny to read and cannot be enlarged. After clicking on news articles, when phone is turned rather than just flipping the article it has to reload. 2/5
Negative review Just doesn't work by anonym
I've created a portfolio on Google Finance using the browser on my PC but when I try to open it in the Google Finance app, it simply doesn't show anything. Apparently the app does not support international markets, which is pretty much a deal breaker for anyone outside the US :( 1/5
Positive review Missing some obvious features by anonym
Works well and syncs with my Google portfolio. The graphs really should be more interactive and allow zoom and full screen view. Setting up alerts would also be useful. 4/5
Neutral review Great as a widget, but graphing is buggy by anonym
The widget is nice and clean, although it doesn't seem to auto-update anywhere near as much as I'd like (it falls literally days behind and I have to manually refresh it). Also, the stock it's graphing seems to have no correlation to my actual stocks. It's probably looking up the wrong thing. I've been using it for years - It's fast and has never crashed, although once I had to hose the app settings to make it refresh. 3/5
Negative review Stocks in portfolio from non-US Markets not supported by anonym
I use the browser-based Google finance to track my portfolio (which is mainly Canadian holdings) but these do not show up in the android app. This app is essentially useless if you have investments anywhere outside of the US. Get support for international markets- I don't care if it's real-time (there's an asterisk in the browser-based version stating this), but to not see ANY Canadian stocks is ridiculous. I switched to android to have all of my Google services synchronized and this is a definite shortcoming in that area. Also, nothing to indicate how many shares you have? How hard can it be to sync exactly what you have in existing portfolios with this app? 1 star. 1/5
Negative review No International Markets by anonym
There's third party apps that sync my Canadian stocks from the Google finance site, surely Google should have been able to accomplish this after years of this app being out. 2/5
Negative review Doesn't get things done by anonym
Seriously eveytime I add a ticker it gives an error. Won't let you get things done. This needs to be looked by the developers, ASAP! 1/5
Neutral review Not all securities are available by anonym
Generally this is a good app, but for some reason certain securities that are saved on my finance.google account do not show up on the app. The securities even when searched for do not appear. 3/5
Negative review by anonym
Needs bug fixes! Adding stock to my portfolio always fails instantly and the widget takes forever to update. If u tap the widget to see the chart for that stock, the load will just stall right before completion. Using samsung GS4 2/5
Negative review Needs major basic improvements. by anonym
Basic functions do not work well. My portfolios aren't syncing properly. Charts are tiny and non-zoomable. Market information and articles are about all that works well. For now I will continue to use the Bloomberg app. 2/5
Negative review by anonym
does not work! this is the 5th different device this app will not allow the addition of stocks to the portfolio. google should be able to write code that works on any android device PERIOD no excuses. 1/5
Negative review Too many ads by anonym
There's a floating ad at the bottom(moves to middle of screen as scroll down) and the left side. No matter how many times I click the "x" to remove, always come back. Ads take up so much screen, not worth reading the articles, since I literally can't. Also, I've had to agree to the Google Finance terms of service at least 100 times. App resets every minute so any comments being typed are lost. I'd never use this app, but competition isn't better. I shuffle with yahoo finance. 2/5
Negative review Very poor for a Google app - LGG2 by anonym
Pros: Prices update automatically. Stock news posted under stock data. Cons: Have to accept user agreement on every opening. Charts are way too small, actually very tiny, and data is not readable. Cannot enlarge or zoom. 2/5
Negative review Facebook deal? by anonym
When managing my portfolio I can add and delete any company I want other than Facebook (can't remove). Does did you guys get paid off to keep their stock constantly appearing in front of me? 2/5
