Great fun! by anonymMy excuse for knowing little astronomy is that in a city, it stops at the moon. That makes this app invaluable. Also it requires no permissions, and the dev corrected me in my earlier comment: it doesn't even need internet access. Take that, NSA. Also access might be a problem when in the field. 5/5

Awesome App! by anonymThere are billions of apps just like billions of stars. This app is by far the most useful I've ever installed. Works great when aligning my GOTO scope. Many times it will ask to point to different stars during the alignment phase and i have no clue where it is. I then simply pull out my phone, type in the name of the star it's asking for, hold it to the sky and sure enough there it is, bright as day! Makes alignment so much faster, simpler and accurate. Does not work with Mi3 by anonymI used to like this app a lot, but this no more work with newly purchased Xiomi Mi3, unable to detect orientation. 1/5

Is this app a joke? by anonymNever saw the big dipper in the eastern sky before! Doesn't work with my phone. Only place it seems to come close is in the car sometimes. 1/5
by anonymGot this app when a friend was looking into getting a scope. I had Google app, but was blown away by Skeye. So much more accurate. All this got me out to buy my own scope. Will be upgrading to the pro version soon. 5/5

Love it by anonymif i could suggest one thing [which it actually has now & is active by default] it would be in regard to the sensors' input: a dampener, or low-pass filter, to smooth-out or slow down changes in orientation. 5/5
